We at RezDox appreciate you as a customer and your contributions to our website. We gather and use information from our users to enhance our website (known as "services".) Please note that the services of RezDox, LLC ("RezDox", we, us, our website, "The Site") are now governed by these terms.
Amendments to This Agreement can be made at any time without specific notice to you, "The Member". The Agreement posted on "The Site" reflects the latest version of The Agreement. You should carefully review The Agreement as you; "The Member" will be bound by all terms and conditions, stated or implied.
USE OF THE SITE & PROHIBITIONS
"The Site" allows you, "The Member" to: post offers, sell business services, advertise business related services, bid, shop online, refer businesses, collaborate on deals, join social networks, express your thoughts, make comments, participate in discussions, share profiles, create catalogs of home maintenance & valuables and communicate with other members/users/subscribers.
You, "The Member" are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit:
You must not use "The Site", including its services and or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools.
You should not post any blogs, items, messages, and or content that are inappropriate and fails to observe sense of decency and or would offend other persons.
You must not republish, sell, rent or sub-license any materials from this website including republication on another website.
You must not collect and disclose information about users personal information.
You must not reproduce duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose.
You must not manipulate the price of any item or service or interfere with other users' listings.

REGISTRATION & USER ACCOUNT
In order for you to complete the sign-up process on "The Site" and become a "Member", you must provide your full legal name, current home address, a valid email address and any other information needed to verify the accuracy of the information you provided. You must qualify that you are 18 years or older. You may not create a false identity or falsely claim a residence or business that is not legally owned by you. You may not use or attempt to use another member's account without pre-authorization from both the account member and RezDox.
"This Agreement" will remain in full force and effect while you use the website. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT page. RezDox may terminate your membership for any reason at any time.
If you are using a paid version of the service and your membership is terminated for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees. Even after your membership is terminated, certain sections of "This Agreement" will remain in effect.
NON-COMMERCIAL USE BY MEMBERS
Unless you are registered as a business member, members on "The Site" are prohibited to use the services of the website in connection with any commercial endeavors or ventures. This includes but is not limited to providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to this website or not. Juridical persons or entities including but not limited to organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members of RezDox and should not use "The Site" for any purpose.
PRODUCT & PRODUCT WARRANTY REGISTRATION PROGRAM
RezDox LLC is not responsible for any aspect of the product(s) or service(s) provided by the brand, manufacturer or retailer's product entered into "The Site". RezDox LLC carries no responsibility for any disputes between any authorized users on your account and the brand, manufacturer or retailer of the product(s) within "The Site". The Product Warranty Registration Program's sole benefit to the user of "The Site" , is to assist in the registration of a product(s) and assist in activating said product's warranty with the manufacturer. This action is for informational purposes for "The Site" , users.

REAL MARKET VALUE (Calculations, Methodology, Data, Presented Directional Material)
Calculations: The “value” of a project at resale is always subject to forces that are difficult to predict. Changing how a space is used may meet the immediate needs of the current homeowner but may be at odds with what prospective buyers are looking for. Converting a small bedroom into a grand primary bath, for example, may be perceived as the loss of a bedroom rather than the gain of a bathroom. Similarly, adding square footage may solve immediate space needs, but it also adds to maintenance costs and it increases heating and cooling bills, something that may not be welcomed in this era of heightened energy awareness.
How the value of a remodeling project is perceived also depends on a variety of factors that traditionally affect home values, including the condition of the rest of the house, the value of similar homes nearby, and the rate at which property values in the surrounding area are fluctuating-Zillow's Zestimate®. The RezDox Real Market Value provides a directional snapshot on the value of a home using an array of metrics; Zillow's Zestimate®, craftsmanship, brand awareness and depreciation. the it cannot be applied accurately to an individual remodeling project for a particular address. Resale value is one factor among many that a homeowner must take into account when making the decision to remodel. At the local level, the best course of action is to obtain construction cost estimates from reputable local remodelers and to talk with an experienced real-state professional about home prices in the neighborhood.
Methodology and Confidence Levels: Construction cost estimates were generated by RemodelMAX, a publisher of estimating tools for remodelers, using Clear Estimates remodeling software. The company prepares a detailed construction estimate for each project, and then adjusts this baseline cost for each market to account for pricing variations. Construction cost figures include labor, material, and subtrade expenses, plus industry-standard overhead and profit. Note that project costs are based on estimates for generic projects. They do not account for personalized design and product choices made by homeowners in connection with actual remodeling projects, nor do they account for local and short-term fluctuations in pricing, supply and demand, and other factors affecting cost.
Resale value data for each project was aggregated from estimates provided by real estate professionals via an online survey conducted by Hanley Wood. The survey contained project descriptions and illustrations, plus construction costs and median home prices for each city. Respondents were instructed to avoid making judgments about the motivation of the homeowner in either the decision to undertake the remodeling project or to sell the house. The survey was in the field for approximately 10 weeks between August and October, 2019.
The Farnsworth Group , an online market research company, programmed and hosted the Remodeling Cost vs. Value Web-based survey. It collected and compiled the data and also provided consulting.

ZILLOW'S ZESTIMATE® IN CONJUNCTION WITH BRIDGE INTERACTIVE™
The Zestimate® home valuation model is Zillow’s estimate of a home’s market value and works in conjunction with the proprietary RezDox Real Market Value algorithm. The Zestimate incorporates public and user-submitted data, taking into account home facts, location and market conditions.
It is not an appraisal and it should be used as a starting point. We encourage buyers, sellers and homeowners to supplement the Zestimate with other research such as visiting the home, getting a professional appraisal of the home, or requesting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent. REZDOX USEFUL LIFE SCORE (RULS), LIFE EXPECTANCY LEGEND
There are three (3) phases of useful life tied to a component:
Start of Life Expectancy; A project or component that has not yet meet the threshold for Middle of Life Expectancy. The item/project is considered a "new" project or component, and will remain in Green status until passing the threshold for Middle of Lifecycle.
Middle of Life Expectancy; Triggered when a project or component passes the threshold for Middle of Life Expectancy for that specific project or component (at login). A RezDox notification will be triggered, but no email will be sent (notification to occur only once).
End of Life Expectancy; Triggered when a project or component passes the threshold for End of Life Expectancy for that specific project or component (at login). A RezDox notification will be triggered, and an email will be sent to the user (email and notification to occur only once).
These terms apply specifically to the RezDox MarketPlace. RezDox allows you to provide anonymous information to banks, lenders, loan brokers, insurance companies, insurance agents, service providers, contractors, real estate companies, real estate agents, buyers, home improvement chains, big box retailers, estate planners and appraisers to request bids and quotes on services asked by a user of "The Site". Banks, lenders, loan brokers, insurance companies, insurance agents, service providers, contractors, real estate companies, real estate agents, buyers, home improvement chains, big box retailers, estate planners and appraisers may elect to respond to your request with non-binding customized bids and quotes of the terms they would offer to a user/customer/client fitting your anonymous profile, as well as their contact information. If you choose to contact a MarketPlace seller of services through the RezDox Marketplace by filling out the "Create A Request" form on RezDox, you authorize RezDox to provide the contact information to the bank, lender, loan broker, insurance company, insurance agent, service provider, contractor, real estate company, real estate agent, buyer, home improvement chain, big box retailer, estate planner and appraiser you choose, along with your request. By submitting contact information, your identity will no longer be anonymous and lenders may contact you by email, text or phone.
RezDox is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions in connection with loans. RezDox does not endorse the products of any of their vertical markets. RezDox is not an agent for you or any of the vertical markets in the RezDox MarketPlace. RezDox is only providing a platform for you to reach businesses that can offer services that assist in growing equity in your home and make your life simple and easier to manage. RezDox assumes no responsibility for any result or consequence related directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you take based on the services provided in the RezDox Marketplace.
The RezDox Marketplace is free to you. Our segmented business partners and affiliates participate in this service subject to the following charges from RezDox: subscription fees to join certain RezDox Marketplace areas, advertising fees paid when a RezDox user clicks to seek more information about the company on the advertisement and advertising fees for the placement of text, graphical advertising and page position (ranking).
The participating business partners on RezDox are solely responsible for their services to you. You agree that RezDox shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of "The Site." RezDox is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by you or any of RezDox business partners in their processes of servicing you. RezDox reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to discontinue, suspend, or terminate the participation of any business partner or other user from the RezDox Marketplace. When a user directly calls or contacts a RezDox MarketPlace business partner, RezDox uses commercially reasonable efforts to confirm the business is in good standing in the state or states claimed in the business profile. However, you should confirm credentials yourself if you choose to contact the business partner.
BENEFICIARIES TIED TO POSSESSIONS / ASSETS / ITEMS IN THE INVENTORY LOG
The individual listed (as beneficiary) on this page will be designated as the beneficiary on the account indicated. The possession/asset/item is assumed by named beneficiary upon death of account holder(s). The RezDox joint account holder or shared account holder(s), does not supercede the beneficiary if still alive. The initial account holder who opened the account holds jurisdiction over selection of beneficiary. Upon death of the original account holder, the Inventory Log can be used to assist in settlement of the Estate or Trust. If you are married and live in a community property state and your spouse is not named as your sole primary beneficiary, you should consult your legal or tax adviser about how your state's community property law may affect the validity of your beneficiary(ies) designation. You should consult your legal advisor to determine whether the "possession on death" designation is appropriate for your specific situation. By accepting a beneficiary designation of record, RezDox LLC will not assume and will have no responsibility or liability with respect to the legal or tax consequences of the designation, including but not limited to the impact on the designation of community property laws governing inheritance of property.
LINKS & FRAMINGS
Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of "The Site", including unauthorized framing of or linking to "The Site" will be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken. Some links, however, are welcome to "The Site" and you are allowed to establish a hyperlink to a designated part within "The Site" provided that:
- (a) you post your link on the business member page;
- (b) you do not remove or obscure any advertisements, copyright notices or other notices on the placed at "The Site";

WAIVER & SERVER-ABILITY OF TERMS
Failure of RezDox to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that we may have. Nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach of any provision hereof shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent or prior breach of the same or any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
"This Agreement" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Colorado, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. The agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between you, and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to "The Site", the contents and materials provided by or through "The Site", and the subject matter of "This Agreement".
CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION; FORUM
Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with "This Agreement" is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
