People who enter your name within the RezDox search may see a preview of your RezDox profile. If your name is entered into a search engine your name may be displayed on and off the RezDox website.
We recognize our responsibility to protect the personal information you entrust to us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, personnel and physical measures to safeguard your personal information in our possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure or modification. While we take precautions against possible breaches in our Website and customer databases, no website or Internet transmission is completely secure. All the aformentioned personal information is private, encrypted and belongs to the user not RezDox.

REZDOX INFORMATIONAL SHARING – ADVERTISERS
A primary revenue source for our site comes from advertising.

Based upon your consent, your personal information will be shared with RezDox Business Members when you choose to submit a request or provide your information to these third party entities through the RezDox website. Once you choose to provide your information to a RezDox business member your identity will no longer be anonymous and they will be able to use your personal information to fulfill your request made directly to them. The businesses available to you on the RezDox website may have their own Privacy Policies; contact them directly for their privacy statements. RezDox assumes no responsibility for nor does it control, endorse or guarantee any aspect of your use of the linked site.

INFORMATION NOT PROTECTED
Based upon your profile privacy settings, your personal information can be viewed by your RezDox connections. Sharing information on your RezDox profile page or other public areas can be visible to anyone viewing your profile, including your name, profile picture, home address, specific details about your home, comments, photos or invoices. This data will not be protected by this privacy policy because you had an active choice to make your information public.
Some real-estate information is free and publicly available upon request including homeowner names, sales transactions, insurance claims or criminal reports. RezDox may compile and display this publicly available data within its website to provide an open and credible source of information about a home’s history.
RezDox users have the ability to request contractor or other home related services through the RezDox Market Place. Users also have the ability to rate and comment on the services received by RezDox Business Members. The comments and recommendations provided in these and other public sections will not be protected because you had an active choice to post your opinions.
Prior to posting personal documents such as invoices on your RezDox profile, take the necessary precautions to conceal your identity. We recommend that you display your home address, but hide any contact information such as your name, phone number or credit card details. In the event that you sell your home you will have the ability to transfer your home details to a new owner. When you print and share a RezDox Report you are providing details about your home to potential strangers.
RezDox may use your email account or contact you via email for various purposes such as confirming your membership registration, responding to your customer service requests, website updates, informational alerts or promotions. You may receive email messages from other RezDox users including your personal connections or your interaction with RezDox Business Members.
PROTECTION OF MINORS
RezDox, LLC is committed to protecting minors. RezDox, LLC will not conduct business with minors and as a result be unable to seek, collect or store information from anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. If you are a minor, please do not submit any personal information through the RezDox website. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s (minor's) internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the RezDox website without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a minor has provided personal information to us through the RezDox website, please contact us at info@rezdox.com , and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.
We respond to your request within 30 days. If the request requires more time to respond, the period may be extended by no more than 60 days. We will certainly notify you of such an extension.

RezDox databases are hosted in the United States. RezDox has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us including but not limited to the setup process, to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.

You have the right to have a copy of the personal information you provide. You have the ability update, edit or remove your personal information. You have the ability to adjust your privacy preferences through your RezDox membership.
You may adjust your computer settings to refuse cookies. If you choose to disable RezDox cookies there is a possibility our website’s functionality will be disabled and your experience may not be optimal.
You may opt out of cookie tracking and analysis in RezDox. If you opt-out of data collection, you will still receive advertisements; they just will no longer be tailored to your RezDox website usage or your personal preferences.
You may choose to remove your email address from some types of communications or promotions by using the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of our emails.
